This is a standard license agreement between you and AnimationGuides that explains how you can use the content that you license from AnimationGuides. By downloading content under standard license from AnimationGuides, you accept the terms of this agreement.
standard LicenSe
The Standard License allows you to use the single downloaded product in an unlimited number of projects except for projects intended to be distributed or trademarked.
What You can do with our STANDARD LICENSE
Intellectual Property Rights
Animation Guides owns the licensed content and you are granted non-exclusive, non-transferrable and non-sublicensable rights to use the downloaded items. Animation Guides can license the same content to other customers.
Personal and Commercial Use
You can use our files in your personal projects and incorporate them in works you create for your clients.
You CAN NOT, however, use the files in projects intended for distribution such as website templates, infographic templates, on-demand avatar builders, etc.
The end product you create for your client must be significantly different than the original Item and can not be transferred in a way that allows the extraction of the original items.
Multiple Projects
You can use our files in different projects created for different clients. As long as the end product complies with our other terms.
Unlimited Impressions
There are no limitations on the number of digital impressions or printed copies for the end product you create with the help of our files.
No Attribution Required
You are not required to credit Animation Guides in your works. But it will be nice if you mention us to your friends and followers.

What You can not do with our STANDARD LICENSE
Products for Resale or Distribution
Unless you purchase an extended license, you can not use our items for projects that will be sold or distributed for free. You can not make the files available on a shared drive, software or website for the purpose of exchanging, transferring or distributing.
Digital Templates
Unless you purchase an Extended license, you can not create templates using our files. That applies to any kind of templates intended for sale or free distribution: website templates, PowerPoint templates, infographic templates, etc.
Third Party Access
Items you purchase or download from us are intended for your use only. You can not transfer the original files to any third party, including your clients or create conditions under which the files may be extracted from your product.
False Authorship
You may not falsely represent that you are the original creator of a work that is made up largely of licensed content.
Trademarked Designs
You can not use our files in the design of a product that will be trademarked. You can, however, use the items in logos which will never be trademarked.
Sub-Licence
Our items cannot be sub-licensed, resold, shared, redistributed or transferred to the third party.
Unlawful Purpose
You can not use our files for any pornographic, illegal or immoral purposes.
